This was my first visit and car buying experience at Century Mazda. And it was The Best thanks to Lucas Robinson - young and enthusiastic associate who made our visit perfect and most personal. He Impressed me by remembering my husband’s name which is hard to get for Canadians. Didn’t have to correct him once! And right away took us in, presented all the possible choices in non pressing way, was very engaged, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. He Took us then for a ride and showed us so many different things, explained everything and I fell in love driving Mazda CX30 GS right away. What a nice surprise that Cross over SUV that is so safe, good on gas and has all the amazing features that I haven’t seen before. I felt like I was hugged in it and having Lucas there to show me how to make a ride effortless, efficient and reliable, made a special impression. Thank you Lucas, you really made a difference after unpleasant and somewhat painful experience in Toyota dealership. I am so happy I came to Mazda and got to meet Lucas - the best associate I have ever had. You deserve all the credit Lucas for the Great Buy and the best ever experience I had when buying a new car. Big Thank You for your effort!!! You got me hooked on Mazda!!!

I have been going to Century Mazda for my car maintenance and repairs for years, would highly recommend their services. From making appointments to communicating about the repairs, their service has always been seamless. The staff are professional, courteous, and always make me feel like my car is in great hands. Recently brought in my car because of a transmission issue, they quickly identified the problem and efficiently fixed it. They also noticed that my car was part of a recall and took care of it! Thank you to the amazing team for consistently providing such excellent service! I'll definitely continue to rely on you for all my car needs.

Got my CX-30 here. The transaction went well. We went to multiple car dealerships, and they gave the best deal. A lot of dealerships either have no available car or no good deal to offer. You can feel from the conversation that they want you as their customer (which what it should be). For other dealerships, you got a sense that we are just another customer that is just inquiring and not buying. Recommended for all newcomers. Shout out to becca. She helped me go through with the entire buying process.

Joey assisted me with the purchase of my daughters first car. I live 400km away and everything was done virtually. Transparent, honest, smooth buying experience. Finance department was brilliant too.
