I’ve had issues here in my first five years in this city regarding their sloppy work. Their accountability is lacking with poor customer service, but with my third Mazda, you could say I’m loyal to the brand (not purchased here, I have my own dealership that has great rates for returning customers; loyalty has perks). A lot has changed since then. Now on my third Mazda, just like the previous two, it’s still being serviced here. And I must say a lot has changed. Massive, massive improvement in the customer service department. Some minor details still get missed by the Jr. techs on the last couple of visits, but nothing detrimental, only a fool would get upset and complain. The real gems are the very meticulous detail oriented Service Advisors that pay attention to everything and they make sure you are taken cared of. They’re ready to offer solutions or fix discrepancies. Please take care of these folks, they’re your last defence that could keep your customers happy and returning. Another thing I’ve noticed, the Service Advisor that I usually deal with got promoted. I think it’s important to note that this company recognizes good work that happens internally and also shoutout to my new Service Advisor Josh who has been great as well. Keep up the good work Century Mazda!
